JHR,
The secondary placement of OPMR has not hit the street but it could be any day now. In their last secondary at $9, OPMR was trading at 10 1/2 - 11 two days before the placement date. The MM's moved the price down forcefully before announced the pricing at $9. I won't be surprised to see this happen again and my target pricing is at $36. Don't get shaken out because OPMR traded at $9 for 2-3 days then and it took off and never looked back.
