Also JC, this time it's different. The states and the justice dept. of the gov't are "hip" to delaying tactics (and are not apt to accept M$'s shit) and long drawn out appeals like the Gov't vs. IBM lawsuit that took about 15 years for penalties to be implemented. By the time they were, the whole climate of software / hardware had changed making the divisions of the company irrelevant.
