re grocery stores

For the canned goods & cleaning intems - sure - I hate the supermarket also. I enjoy looking at the meat I buy, smelling the fruit, feeling the texture, all told simply assuring the best possible quality. That's why I go to roadside fruit stands in season, a few special local meat markets, a near-by Holstein only dairy.

I love to eat well. This can best be assured by involvement & inspection. I always want to get my money's worth.

Personally, I would pay extra to never step foot in another grocery store again. If they deliver that stuff to my doorstep, it is a value add.

Doorstep? Set your sights higher. Homegrocer.com brings the bags right into my kitchen.
