Hi Tom, Ali, ALL,
Tom asked for news. From Flag we are waiting, and I sure hope it is a big hit in the deep hole they are doing now, so that we can see our stock well over $1.00 again. SOON! AAR - Some area happenings is the fact that PFN went up relentlessly for past few weeks on expectations of THEIR drilling and it was HALTED yesterday. Last trade $1.96. Hope their news is good also. They are just a little to the south. Aquiline (also a little to the south) just put out the following news release about acquiring more land in the area. The area play is REALLY heating up. There have been all kinds of newspaper articles suggesting that even if ONE of these companies hits some real good assays that it will be really good for the whole area. May the force be with us!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
March 28, 2000

Aquiline to expand River Valley holdings

Aquiline Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired 3
additional claim blocks in the River Valley area near Sudbury. The blocks,
totalling 36 units are located in Dana Township and complement Aquiline's
already large landholdings in the River Valley Intrusion, which is a large
layered mafic intrusion that is highly prospective for Platinum Group
Metals ("PGM's").

The property, which is being acquired from Anaconda Uranium Corporation,
adjoins the River Valley property of Pacific North West Capital ("PFN"),
where PFN and joint venture partner Amplats are currently carrying out a
large scale Phase One diamond drilling program. Terms of the acquisition
call for Aquiline to make staged payments of $50,000 in cash and issue to
Anaconda 150,000 Aquiline shares; a further 150,000 shares may be issued if
the property advances through the pre-feasibility stage. The deal is
subject to CDNX approval.

With this acquisition, Aquiline believes it is now the largest holder of
property within the River Valley Intrusion and the focus of the Company's
efforts in River Valley will now switch from land assembly to exploration.
Details of the Company's 2000 field programs on its various River Valley
holdings will be released as they are available.

Active exploration is currently ongoing on the Company's East Bull Lake
Property west of Sudbury, which is a joint venture with Mustang Minerals
and Freewest Resources. The Company has completed the IP survey on the
property referenced in its news release of March 1, 2000 and will provide
further information on this exploration program in the near future.

Comprehensive information about the Aquiline's properties and exploration
activities (including location maps of its landholdings) will be posted on
the company's website @ www.aquilineresources.com.
