Mr Fun, Thank you for the clarification. My point was that Cisco does not have 10 gbps SONET or SDH transmission equipment. While we are on this subject, John Chambers is often acclaimed as a genius in making acquisitions. It seems to me that history will record his failure to acquire Ciena about 2 years ago as a lack of vision on his part. Just imagine how powerful Cisco would be today if he acquired Ciena.
