AT&T registered for sale $13.248 billion of AT&T Wireless Group tracking stock. The initial public offering pricing range for the AT&T Wireless Group tracking stock is estimated to be between $26 and $32 per share. AT&T plans to issue 360 million shares of AT&T Wireless Group tracking stock, and may issue up to an additional 54 million shares if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full.
