All Abbey is doing is telling her clients to raise some cash for the expected slowdown in the coming months. She didn't tell them to cash out today. This way they will have some cash to move back into recommended items later in the year. Market appears to have overreacted since it was certainly looking to go higher today prior to her announcement. Interestingly, this give some of the big boys a chance to pick up some shares this week at lower prices than they would have had to had the comment not been made.
