I think WGAT does have a good Patent, and WGAT is in bed with GIC and SFA, who have 90% market share in cable set to box. ALL I have seen from MSFT is pushing the same old PC on a TV product.

Don't know too much about AOL TV yet, but overall the market is big enough for multiple players. In addition WGAT is expanding internationally rapidly.
