Metricom's timetables for roll out of Ricochet service to new markets have been way off the mark. It is a like MOT announcing new technology. Believe it when/if you ever see it because the source is quite suspect. saukriver

Rather Ricochet will be available through Authorized Service Providers, who will price the service. While we cannot speak for our partners, we expect the flat monthly rate to range between $60 and $100. Market research indicates that the "sweet spot" is $75-$100.
