Comment: Can't speak to the bid...but the ask at $81 looks like a glimpse of AMD near term price...Actually, it's not uncommon for AMD to show such a wide range between bid and ask at the open, as it seems to do this about 50% of the time... Only 200,000 shares through at 10:00 am is extremely light in a relative sense...What is unusual today is that AMD's price is rising on low volume, a technical characteristic, that is the opposite of what has occurred the past few weeks...Could be a very strong day for AMD if volume picks up to the 3 million share level by day's end!
