Voltaire: Based on your belief that the Q will be in the 165 range around earnings would it be stupid of me to write 02 165's and use the cash to buy something like ELON and write near term calls.

I am posting this query here because of what I perceive to be a collection of minds much larger and more experienced than mine.

I have recently had a situation come up with my broker, Schwab, where I want to sue or go into arbitration (I'm not sure what my avenues are at the moment) against the firm.

Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, or contacts? I have contacted the NASD and they are sending me a packet and forms.

Thanks for any and all advice, in whatever form you wish to pass it on.

Regards,
Jeff Smith
