As part of the agreement, E-Sync Networks will install two inbound facsimile communications servers in its Swindon, United Kingdom facility for the exclusive use of the global carrier and its customers. The inbound services will allow customers to receive faxes as electronic mail. The outbound services will allow customers to use their e-mail capability to send domestic and international faxes automatically from their desktops without additional hardware or software. For customers that require a high level of security when transmitting documents via the Internet, the global carrier will offer a public key-based infrastructure that encrypts the e-mail containing the fax.
