If this is your idea of "DD," then ECNC has nothing to fear. I will spare you the humiliation and embarrassment of posting your threats to me that you PM'd me. But once again you are wrong. I am not John Liviakis. I have no idea who that person is. I have no connection with anyone who even knows a John Liviakis as far as I know. You are again falsely accusing me of something you have no real idea about. You don't know but claim it as fact. The same tactics you used against ECNC for the sole purpose of harming the company so that you can enrich yourself as a short. It has finally dawned on me what this little bizarre episode is really all about. It appears that one of your minions, who by the way never identified himself, a while ago politely appeared to me in a private PM and asked me if I was "John??" or worked with him. Do you happen to know how many "John's" there are in the world? Laughing this off and having no real idea who this person was or what he was even asking, I responded that yes, I work in John's office. Which is 100% true. In fact there are a few "John's" here. And this is not a bordello. But with this private PM, apparently this guy fed it to you (some private message, huh?) and in the your mind, apparently 1 + 1 must equal conspiracy. I recall now that back when we were going round with some other people over the news cites about "cybersmearing" lawsuits filed by Liviakis Financial which must have been in some tortured way construed by you as meaning that I somehow was involved with them or as I now understand is connected with some guy named "John Liviakis." Don't make me laugh. Talk about paranoia. If you read my posts about ECNC posting the contracts online, I said follow the link to the dietsys.com site which is easily accessible by a tracerouts and "whois." Seems none of you did that when the contract PR was first posted by ECNC. So, I thought I would nudge you along towards some real live DD for once. Sure, if you do a websearch on the various names that pop up you will sooner or later come up with a Liviakis Financial which by the way with a simple websearch (on a good engine) will reveal their filing a cybersmearing lawsuit against people bent on destroying them in some other stock a year or so ago. I just thought you guys should be aware of these potential consequences for your actions. See, being a good citizen and all and telling you guys what you are possibly facing here by your accusations has now been wholly turned on its head by paranoid rantings. This is absurd. You people are way way out of control. I hope the authorities do monitor you guys and your little shop of horrors. And soon. By the way, I believe you have again twisted the truth in the very post where you say "IT will not re-open...mark my words." In fact, that was a reference to ECNC never trading again since it was a reply to a question about what happens if it never reopens and shorts cannot cover.
