I am sorry, but I don't have the link to back this up, but I recall them saying . . . "There are 16.28 million investors (in N.America) waiting for the right moment to start trading online." I feel that the pent up demand throughout the other economies of the world is just as great, if not greater. After all, they have been witnessing what has been going on in N.
