I can't believe there aren't more people following it.

I wonder if the company was letting this purchase go through before doing IR on the stock.

Churchill Awarded $60 Million of Construction Work

EDMONTON, March 30 /CNW/ - The Churchill Corporation is pleased to
announce that its subsidiary Stuart Olson Construction has recently been
awarded several new construction contracts with an aggregate value of $60
million.
Stuart Olson has been awarded the following noteworthy projects:
- $13 million construction management contract for Edmonton 2001 to
renovate and expand Commonwealth Stadium and to rebuild and renovate
the adjoining Clarke Stadium in preparation for the World Track and
Field Championships in 2001. Work will start immediately with
completion in the spring of 2001.

- $6 million parkade and pedway for Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton.

- $3 million construction management contract to renovate and expand a
Zellers store in Langley, British Columbia. This is the fourteenth
renovation or new store project that Stuart Olson has completed for
Zellers over the years.

- $23 million in contracts to build an office building and an underground
parkade in a high technology office park in Burnaby, British Columbia.

- $15 million Canada Asian Centre mixed-use retail, leisure and religious
facility in Surrey, British Columbia.

``We are delighted to help the Edmonton 2001 Committee prepare for the
World Track and Field Championships next year,' commented Hank Reid,
Churchill President and CEO. ``The high level of additional work awarded to
Stuart Olson thus far in 2000 will enable us to maintain our positive momentum
into 2001.'
The Churchill Corporation is a western Canadian commercial and industrial
construction corporation with annual revenue in excess of $225 million.
Churchill shares are listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange under the trading
