Hey Dealer, I'm right here porchin during the day...you might not have noticed me, kind of quiet some days, try as I might to keep up with this gang in the evenings...I need my sleep! I had a delicious lunch (microwaved organic bean & cheese burrito) always with a Diet Coke. OK, probably not delicious, I was just starving! We can serve lunch here (and yes, I can cook)...but don't even think about doing those dishes - you've done enough around here! Legs (aka the "boss" - ha!)

Hello Dealer, Deal me in most any time of the day. You know me. I have to be where the excitement is. My husband and assistant think they have lost me to Voltaire's Porch. Greenbutt is trying to get me in every direction. By raising interest rates he not only affects my portfolio, but my other job as well. Fortunately, the affect has backfired on him. The interest rate hike, and the threat of hiking it more has only helped my other business as people are jumping in and buying houses to get them before rates go up again. Thank you Mr.Greenbutt! wow, I think I have worked up a thirst. Could you bring me some fresh squeezed Florida orange juice? Happy Trails,LL
