only that shorting the stock in small intervals only to manipulate the price down to purchase a larger quantity is illegal.... if someone believes he/she knows this is happening, then tell the sec. basically, though, i'd say the message is pretty much what you'd expect from YAHOO! oh, btw, if you want your brokerage to not make your shares available for borrowing, all you have to do is ask....
