The last three licensing agreements are for manufacturing of SPD products. It appears that the film must be close to ready if these second tier licenses are being signed.

There is a lot that has been going on behind the scenes including the film manufacturers speaking with their customers and I suspect that several companies are lining up to make products once the film is available.

We have 3 very large markets that these last licensing agreements address- truck, train and airline mirrors, sunvisors and residential windows. It won't take much in sales in any one of these areas to put us solidly in black ink. Minimum annual royalties are part of each of these agreements as well as other incentives that ensure us of commercial activity from these new licensees (not one of these agreements has anything to do solely with the R&D departments as some of the prior agreements did). It's a whole new ball game for REFR. REFR is now being sought after and no longer has to "give" away the technology to get manufacturing started. It has started but many won't realize it until the first product is announced and then you won't be able to touch it at these prices.

As Buffalo Springfield once said, "It's been a long time comin'"
