Denise this has been my concern as well and I voiced it privately to Don after the meeting. I really think that the board should have anticipated this and had a concrete decision on the matter to be delivered at the meeting rather than a standard "mirror people" response.

nb. "mirror people" - they are forever "looking in to it"...

What would be the terms of the IPO's? That is the 1 billion dollar question. Surely they would only float maybe 10-20% of the new company with WEB holding 80% of new valuable publicly traded companies. At some point they could sell or spin off the 80% to shareholders. Look's like an opportunity to evolve into a CMGI type company. Opinions?
