Tom - (Boy, I love having a day off, and time to do this sort of thing!)
About the financing, I regard it as good news (though really, business as usual), for a number of reasons:
1 - It indirectly confirms our suspicions that IW has a viable business plan, and achievable targets
2 - It gets money to IW now(75% by April 13, I believe, a "bought deal"), when I'm sure they need it.
3 - I find the timing of the closing (mid-April) possibly relevant to the AGM which we expect in May.

I'm in something of an info vacuum re: possible future developments, Tom. One of the things about this stock which constantly intrigues me is the tantalizing proximity to MSFT, and the apparent failure, so far, to capitalize on it. If I read one more NR out of MS that indicates how they're committing heavily to wireless messaging, wireless this, and wireless that - without hearing that Infowave is involved - I think I'm going to go bananas! I continue to believe that there is news in there, somewhere.
Certainly, I've speculated enough to bore the hell out of everyone here!
