There are 19mil O/S and 12mil in the float. He has reduced debt from 2.5mil to 1mil. They own patents on technology. They will be renting their meters instead of selling them. Dan is also president of Western Energy (WENR) which recently announced its intentions to purchase an internet company: Western Energy, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WENR) announced today its intention to acquire 100 percent of Global Image Technologies ("GI Tech") gitech.com, located in Fort Collins, Colorado.
