This stock is not for the squeamish, that's for sure!

I bought in today, a day where technology is taking a hit, and SNDK is no exception! In at $133 1/2, I'm down $3 so far. Oh well, hopefully the techs will rebound soon and we'll see SNDK rebound with them.

Just wait for the press release saying Sandisk SD cards are shipping...BAM!

Zeev,
The royalty arrangements are confidential. Almost the only thing I have read about them is that they are higher than average, based of course on a percentage of selling price, so any price war in flash would hurt in two ways. I think, but cannot say for sure because it was a long time ago, that I read that the average percentage is something like 4%, but Sandisk asks for and gets nearly twice that. I'm not really sure what the percentage is of, though, it can't be final retail price, I don't think, but perhaps someone else can shed more light on it. Or perhaps someone who attends the annual meeting in 6 weeks or so can get some more details. I wouldn't hold my breath, though, they have historically been pretty close mouthed about it.
