LOL - Yes, I'm VERY familiar with that ploy! So far, I've bought small at approx $38, $32, and $19. When a bottom forms, I'll probably buy significantly - I'm wondering how many more shoes might drop first. Through brute force I'm determined to at least break even on this.

You should do well at 16 7/8.

Best of luck,
Atlanta

>>I may "average down", a ploy used to make a bad investment not look quite so bad by
plowing more money into it.<<

LoL Tim, I did exactly that to average down to 17.

My friend talked with one of the FNV's management yesterday and he is confident that FNV is in good shape.

With the high tech stocks shaking, I put 40% of my asset in FNV.(I rarely put more than 10% in any one stock but this time risk vs reward seem so good I am taking a big chunk)

I was ready to add more in 15s but I think we've seen the bottom at 16.

The CEO's early retirement really killed this stock but he is what 62, 63? About time to retire and enjoy his life.

I've worked with Finova people before and I am confident that they will turn this company around.

regards,
