Scott, I haven't had the chance yet to carefully review the results; however, at first look, I'm impressed. If this improvement holds out over the next year, I'm thinking that GDL could be very undervalued.

Along that line of thinking, I see that there was some insider buying last month, and also, the lumber yard I pass on my way to work seems to have more Goodfellow lumber stocked than ever (which can only be a good sign).
