Poked around long enough and got this reply to your query about content percentages;

rare-earth minerals such as cerium, terbium, dysprosium, neodymium, promethium, holmium, erbium,
thulium, and ytterbium have not been tested for since they are not primary focus of exploration.

Heavy mineral breakdown % per microprobe analysis from the Heavy Mineral concentrate is:

weight percent
Rutile 11.0%
Leucoxene(+65%TiO2) 7.2%
Ilmenite (44-65%TiO2) 22.4%
Fe-Oxide 31.1%
Zircon 1.1%
Garnet 3.9%

The above percentages are to be taken as a percentage of the HM content (I assume that this means use only the % of the deposit that is heavy mineral when trying to figger out value. Which means that a HM content of the supposed 1BB tonnes is required. I think that that number is out there somewhere.)
