Last week might be characterized as "accumulation by 'value' tech players". Looking good. NYSE breadth is now improving - this is exactly the kind of stock to buy - safe and reasonable growth - and not all eggs in one basket. Conservative buyers on the recent lows can short the calls for 30% annualized returns with extremely low risk. This puts a floor on the stock.

I'm long at 18.30 and short Oct. 30 calls. That puts my Oct. breakeven at 14 - just under 5x next years putative earnings.

(If its below 14 I'll short another call). The nice thing about this position is you make money if it moves up fast (like last week). The stock moved up faster than the calls, as the implied volatility of the calls dropped. So I sold half my position at 20.25. This is a cool strategy for margin players.

See ya in Oct.!
