Ok... Ouch... ohhh... DOE! some heavy punches, a few stabs, and a few of you are missing out on the human nature aspect. I am a 14 year police veteran in Central Texas. If I have learned nothing else in my law enforcement career as a patrolman, detective, intelligence officer, video surveillance tech, supervisor, and accident investigator, it is this:

PEOPLE ARE NOSEY, THEY HAVE TO SEE! THEY WANT TO SEE!

This camera will sell millions for the same reasons people driving 5 lanes away from a vehicle accident have to slow down and hold up traffic. They have to see. When I released surveillance camera photographs of burglary suspects to the local newspaper, the newspaper sales increased. We have put numerous video captures of still images in the paper to identify suspects and again the newspaper sales increased. The press is always hounding us for surveillance photographs.

Now here is the scenario... The buyer can see things that others cannot due to the see in the dark capability. Without getting into the details, there is a little bit of voyeur in every one of us. What is better then live TV and the possibility of monitoring your day care, babysitter, or residence while you are away? Watch your kids playing in the swimming pool while you cook dinner. The possibilities and applications are endless. I will probably buy 5 cameras for my residence. One will go at the front gate entrance and be triggered by motion(I live on a small ranch). One will go at the front driveway and entrance door. We hunt deer throughout the deer season and I would like to see where the dear are bedding down at night. Maybe put one in the game room. The last camera? Only I will know where that one is : )

Some of our narcotics officers are already interested in the camera for undercover applications when purchasing narcotics in motel rooms etc. How about monitoring a patient or staff member in a hospital or nursing home?
I would like to add a camera to our PD firing range also for safety purposes. Do you own a business? Want to watch for shoplifters? Employee theft?

This camera will sell and surpass the sales of the underwater cameras by far.

"You will see with seaview"

Dan

SEVU, VERY BULLISH NEWS: SeaView, Shula Reach Agreement...

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Apr 3, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SeaView Video
Technology Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVU) announced today that retired Miami
Dolphins coach Don Shula will join the company as exclusive spokesperson for
SeaView and SecureView products. In a meeting last Friday between Shula and SEVU
CEO Rich McBride, Shula accepted the spokesman's role, and was invited to join
the SEVU Board of Directors. Shula and Mary Ann will fly to SeaView HQ this week
to finalize the agreement.

"Coach Shula is more to the Company than a source of endorsements," McBride
declared. "He is a strong source of direction, and a proven winner. I think he's
really looking forward to being part of Team SeaView." McBride said Shula was
"very impressed" with the SecureView product, which performed "flawlessly" at
Shula's Miami home. "The Coach was more than hospitable," said McBride. "He took
us to lunch at the club, followed by a golf-cart tour of the island."

SEVU's Marine Division booked sales in excess of $86,000 on Thursday, Friday,
and Saturday of last week, according to Dan Mehosky, Senior Vice
President-General Manager. "This shows the potential of the Underwater
Division," Mehosky said. A degreed Mechanical Engineer, Dan has worked in upper
management for several market-leading and highly-profitable manufacturing
companies.

National Sales Manager Larry Hoffman reports Military contracts with Logis-Tech
and the DOD are being drafted this week, and that plans now call for SecureView
cameras to be installed in US facilities in Europe as well as stateside. "We are
fielding daily requests for information, and growing DOD interest," he said.
"I'm looking for sales numbers of $20-million-plus."

On the R&D front, J. R. Cox announced a breakthrough in power supply design, "a
new prototype transformer for SecureView which will allow us to get away from
some weight and heat issues" considered hang-ups for retail sales. "It's a big
plus for the system."

"The retail demand is already there," stated McBride. "We want to offer the best
product at the best price. The first 100,000 manufacturing run is already spoken
for."
