as much as I'd like Dell to buy from AMD, I don't think it'll happen. Dell likes Intel too much. Also I read from some news article that a Dell guy said that the shortages are now over. Actually could he be alluding to an AMD deal? That would make sense!!!! hahahaha

William A. Fleckenstein is a famous market watcher who has been a bear this whole time. He is way up there in the food chain so he does hear a lot of rumors early on. I have been reading his daily "raps" for over a year, he provides a good contrarian opinion. He is also on the board of the director of Go To Networks. You do see him on CNBC from time to time also.

He does also manages a conrarian mutual fund with Bill Gates as the biggest investor.
