3/24/00 81 ORDER by Judge Marsha J. Pechman GRANTING pltfs' motion for reconsideration of Court's order granting dismissal, [75-1]. Court vacating judgment and Case reopened. Court orders the remaining defts to respond by 4/7/00 to the possibility of transfering this action to the Northern Dist of CA. (cc: counsel, Judge) (md) This was great news. California is the place it should be. The court vacated the judgement on 2/28/00 to boot.
