Wow, did I strike a nerve or what? I haven't gotten this much attention since I mooned the frat houses back in college. Whoopeee! Geez you guys, you can dish it but one little "pasted" item and you go bonkers and start talking about eating feces and stuff. Yikes, chill out on the coffee boys! I've been examining the ZiaSun court docket and (if you will pardon one more paste) it appears the issue is still open ... 3/24/00 81 ORDER by Judge Marsha J. Pechman GRANTING pltfs' motion for reconsideration of Court's order granting dismissal, [75-1]. Court vacating judgment and Case reopened. Court orders the remaining defts to respond by 4/7/00 to the possibility of transfering this action to the Northern Dist of CA. (cc: counsel, Judge) (md) Now, the reason I found this whole lawsuit so interesting is that the caption contains some familiar basher names--looks like CM BURNS (Mike Morelock) was one of the gang too. I haven't had time to read it all, but its interesting to me in furthering my education. Y'all are smart and cunning, but if I'm going to avoid this in the future, I need to see how and why you work, just as well as I need to see how and why this company got us into such a jam. Don't get your pants bunched, I'm just a lil' old gal tryin' to get some educashun'! Oh, and finally: Your insults about my name "Mrs.Hoghead" are not appreciated. That was a nickname given to me years ago by a dear friend, a really decent guy, who died suddenly this Fall of a heart attack at age 44. I cherish the name and I would appreciate it if you would keep your cruel comments to subjects of my lack of intelligence. That I can handle! Thanks! Oh, and P.S. I lost no money on ECNC, actually made quite a bit. I'm just trying to eke out that last bit of water from a stone. Can't blame me there, can you?
