Bob, Incredibly great post, that! Not that I agree with everything you say... ...and here is why. I DON'T know for sure what is going to happen. Things could go out with a wimper. Or crash. Or, gadzooks, we could rally to 20,000. I really don't know and don't care. I expect Mr. Market to tell us, if we are listening. Yeah, I may propose a theory or scenario of what I think is going to happen. But it is more of a straw-man to see how the market behaves compared to what my theory is... remember, Mr Market IS the right all the time, not me. And specifically, even though I proposed a pullback, and advance and then a really strong sell-off... as GZ said earlier, things aren't lookin good for that idea. What bothers me is that 11,000 hasn't held and if 11,000 becomes resistance for the end-of-month bull run, then we could be into that strong sell-off sooner rather than later. BWDIK?
