Vargus, remember that news was released just prior to the last AGM. I expect that we will be hearing something just prior to this meeting to set the stage for a happier mood. It would appear that the shareholders are not happy with the Tecton purchase and because Serge has no vote (due to his direct interest in Tecton), this proposal could invariably be turned down by the shareholders. Good news could sway some votes however, but as it stands the asking price looks too high. The Terraconsult purchase looks good in my opinion and will easily pass. Bob
