Al, the big change happen at ORCL when they decided that they didn't have to have everything done in house and that they saw the logic and cash in partnering. Someone was talking about corporate EGO over the weekend, ORCL had a massive one drilled into to by Larry (nice thing about Larry is that can back up his boast most of the time), they have deflated that some for the better.
