>>I see them retaining the shares within NSI, with our NSI share price reflecting the doubtless substantial increase in the Answers.com share prices post IPO. In other words, when Answers.com IPOs, NSI will still hold a significant portion of the shares and as Answers.com share prices rise NSI's holding will rise...and NSI's share price will rise in concert.

Add to that the opportunity that will be extended to NSI shareholders to purchase IPO shares directly in Answers.com followed by ClickChoice.com, and then in KPulse.com.

When some of the major companies that Answers.com is negotiating with sign on and this is announced, then you can be assured that the American market will be extremely interested in finding out that they can buy into that IPO by owning shares in a dinky little Canadian Company (WEB).

Then when they begin to understand the full story behind this company, like how Mr. Baan (who built Baan Software) is at the head of the firm, that there will be at least two other upcoming IPO's on the horizon, that they have an International reach into 20 countries now, and that their paradigm shifting technology will be licensed to other firms, etc. etc. - then I am convinced that there will be a virtual feeding frenzy for Net Shepherd stock.

I promise you that several of the posters on this thread plan on ensuring that the story gets told throughout all of the Internet financial discussion sites. Make no mistake - people will get the message!

When that day comes, I plan to be holding every last one of my shares, and I am totally convinced that that day is very near.
