Sure --- Bork is a hired gun for Netscape. He thinks MSFT's case is nonsense. Of course, he admits that everything MSFT has done is not illegal -- unless -- and this is the big unless -- Microsoft is a monopolist, which is exactly my point. It all depends on how one defines the market, and Judge Fatso has defined it as OS for x86. I disagree. You see defining a monopoly is not a finding of fact, it is a legal conclusion -- a finding of law. And wrt to monopoly there are as many opinions on this subject as there are judges. It all depends on what a majority of the court can agree on. With this crowd, it's at least an even bet that Microsoft can do no wrong. There is certainly no basis for a bunch of probusiness reactionaries to split up a company that has led the PC revolution.
