Dear nihil: haha. thats an old one. Guess you arent such a bad guy afterall (gg). Incidentally, I was in 1st Battalion (wooden barracks along the swamp). Our claim to fame is (2) items. 1. We won more awards than any other single platoon in the history of Parris Island 2. We wrote a song (I still remember it) and I met a young marine recently who when I sang it for him said they are still using our song. As our REWARD for all those awards we were allowed to RAID the WAM barracks. BOY, wouldnt the press have a field day with that today? JDN
