The recently announced B2B effort (procurement) between P&G and some 50 companies was struck, from start to announcement, in 48 hours, which gives them exactly enough time to draft and agree on the news release wording - Pre-emption by News Release.

Now all the good news dribbles out about 9984 and other Japan tech plays. Crooked market, but no complaint from me as long as Lehman target exceeded by 100 % before year end.
