Although the option premiums are very expensive, if April earnings are good and conf. call is better (is there one?) then options play might be in order...

Good sign is heavy options premium IMO

Hi Unclewest: How is the road treating you?

My interest in TA right now is that I did something I rarely do. I bought a few April 175 calls on CREE and paid for them by selling the April 150 puts. Now, the very worst that can happen here is that in the third week of April I waive bye bye to my call premium cost and I either buy back the puts or, more probably, use this as a chance to buy a few hundred more shares of CREE at a nicely discounted price from the recent highs and, as my TA friends have taught me, right around the fifty day moving average <vbg>.

I have no problem with any of this, and really think the April earnings and news will give us a nice pop which may reward me twice (calls in the money, pocket the put premium)However, I now find that with only a four week window to expiration for some reason TA holds more interest to me than it used to!!

When I revert to my more natural LTBH persona, I just put the stock "in the safe" and fogetaboutit.

Unc: How is the rig working out?

Uncle, could you explain this: "believe wti either has or will close financing within days...at that point, they will be ready
to make large orders of LEDs. the hunters and ibm are business savvy...i expect wti to
move fast...very fast."

Who is wti, and what does IBM have to do with Cree?
