Im ditching the acct and filing myself but i am using some guide materials from them. If you noticed pensons qif files sometimes are not interpreted correctly in quicken... I spent along time importing qif files from penson and cleaning them up in quicken and have no desire to rework the whole thing in excell. Thanks anyways,, By the way if anyone is interested you can go to www.traderstatus.com for information on properly filing as with traderstatus. There is an accounting firm associated with the webpage that if you choose will do full service accounting for you or you can just order their tax package that explains exactly how to do it and what pitfalls to avoid for 200 bucks. If anyone is interested send me a message and i will tell you how the package is,, i should get it in a couple of days. This will be the third year i filed as a trader using schedule C to deduct trading expenses,,, im wondering what this package is going to tell me to do different,,, Should be interesting.
