Because he has put himself in a big hole in the tune of 600k in one stock in UK and is taking large positions in the US market trying to make up the loss in quick lumps.He does not know it but he is sinking in quick sand and is chasing anything hot on his monitor. I don't expect he will be investing much longer at the rate he is going.Offcourse his savy trader buddy, who only talks about his monumental returns and claims you never lose money on a trade if you know what you are doing.He considers himself a little Abbey Joseph Cohen/warren buffet of tech investing is advising him to sell csco,intc and go big on qcom. Note: He made a lot of money in JAN/FEB but gave it all back plus some in march.
