This is part of an e-mail received today from a friend who lives in Cambridge, Mass. Will write more soon as i have some free time. We're going up to VT this w/e for an annual visit to old friends so i won't be near my machine. Have been having one hell of a time lately trying to reach the ATT server. Had two days of frustration before i finally got on tonight. I also can't get through to them by phone because of too many complaints for the available technicians.
