I had a VERY vivid tornado dream last night. Probably because of last night's posts. There was this sailing vessel, like maybe an 18th century British man o'war, and the longboat was being recovered on the port side. And he crew of the longboat was desperately trying to divert attention to the big, hairy F4 or so twister a few hundred yards off the ship's starboard side. The tornado was rendered in impressive detail in my dream - fat multivortex deal with ragged clouds whipping around counterclockwise. Over water, but hey. Dream ended before the boat was hit. But one crewman was sucked out of the rigging ... and just kept spinning in mid-air in one place next to the twister. Weird.
