OS ANGELES, Apr 3, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Entertainment Boulevard, Inc.
(OTCBB:EBLD) announced today it received notification from the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) that the Company's previously filed Form SB-2
Registration Statement has been declared effective. As a result, Entertainment
Boulevard is now a fully reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of
1934.

"Because of our fully reporting status, the trading symbol for the Company's
shares will return to 'EBLD' sometime this week," said Stephen Brown,

selected financial data for the Company's fiscal year ended December 31, 1999,
