SSP, <<CHIP>> Figured so, but that's what I expect to happen. The company will announce the merger and the first person to hear will put in a market order. The MMs then lock the stock as the buys come in until they can operate an orderly market. That's the scenario I expect. CHIP has put out PRs during market hours before, not necessarily after the close.
