Hello Folks: The following press release was made by PAL, Larder and Explorers this morning. Midas Prospectors Alliance Corporation (PALL - CDN Toronto, 21,116,121 outstanding shares), International Larder Minerals Inc. and Explorers Alliance Corporation today announced that the meeting of their respective shareholders scheduled for April 27, 2000 would be adjourned to May 26, 2000. Management indicated that the purpose of the adjournment was to permit the mailing, at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, of a package of additional information on the proposed reorganization to the shareholders of the three companies. While shareholders are urged to read and consider the additional information, management wishes to point out that none of such information results in any change to the share exchange ratios proposed in respect of the proposed reorganization, the valuation contained in the Harron Report or the Fairness Opinion rendered by Northern Securities Inc. or any material change in the basis upon which the overall reorganization was proposed in the Management Information Circular of March 13, 2000.
