Tech stocks have been down the past several days -- today especially. Fund managers, etc. are re-aligning their portfolios for the end of the quarter and a lot of tech stocks are now being UNDERweighted in various accounts. I imagine individuals are taking their cue from the pros and are doing this too.

You're missing all of the research you need to perform about EDIG. Reading any of the posts here, although filled with information supporting both sides, is insufficient, simply because ALL posters bring their own bias to the forum, whether they claim to be shareholders or not. I'd start with EDIG's site, then try the links provided by "Tinroad" here or on Raging Bull. Your decisions should NEVER be based on message board forums.
