Bob and Cheryl,

Thank you for the clarification. Mainly, I was concerned that Mr. Toth might have had concrete reason to believe that there are further BLA problems. It doesn't sound like that is the case, however. He is probably just extending his personal BLA timeline out another quarter, as Q1 is just about over.
