Yes from a 30 price...but stated that offer had been received...didn't say when so could have been weeks ago when EGRP was trading @25/26 area. Seems EGRP had come out and even said they had an offer around a month ago. Would guess it was American Express since the talks had fell through not long ago with EGRP. IMO it is very low also. I would think more towards 50/55 would be closer to a better deal. Now with EGRP/AXP not working out a deal would AMTD be AXP's next possible target?
