you're right about us waiting for just a handful of stocks...the most crowded trades of all time. when they go belly-up, it's OVER.

Why so down on utilities? Their p/e ratios are near all time lows. Their dividend coverage near an all time high. If the market crashes, LT interest rates are going down, and there will be at least a recession, so utilities should be good defensive holdings, IMO.
