Re MSFT--Judge is just ruling on case. No remedies will be announced at this point. Unless DOJ and MSFT come to a settlement, this thing will still be hanging over their heads until the remedy is finally announced. One can assume that the ruling will be scathing and this will only up the ante. If the Judge rules and there is no settlement, the drag will just continue. Look at Phillip Morris and RJR. Meanwhile, they have to be careful with their aggressive tactics letting all of their competitors build up their lead in the new areas. WIN CE, Web TV, etc. will languish IMHO while OPTV, SFA, LBRT, SUNW, WIND, etc prosper in the vacuum. BTW the ruling will be at the same time as the NAB conference adding fuel to the fire for the interactive TV stocks. Have to work with Kevin on a specific basket for that conference.
